About this site

This website is operated by Atlas Property, a villa management business based in Bali, Indonesia. It exists to explain our service to villa owners and guests, and to let owners request a free Villa Performance Audit.

Audits, previews and figures

The Villa Performance Audit and any figures we publish or send you are prepared in good faith from live market data and our own operating experience, but they are informational — not a guarantee of future performance, and not financial advice. Rental income depends on factors outside any manager's control.

Management terms, including fees, are agreed in a separate written agreement before any engagement begins. Nothing on this site forms a contract.

Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false enquiries. We may update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Content and ownership

Except where credited below, the text, photography, branding and design of this site belong to Atlas Property or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site. This does not affect any rights you have under a signed management agreement, or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
